    ROASTED PORK LOIN        
    Savory herbs coat this prime roast of port which is oven roasted to perfection and served with a mushroom Merlot sauce. $15.95    
             
             
             
    CILANTRO SALMON        
    Our fresh salmon filet is marinated and grilled to preserve the unique flavor of the fish. This special dish is finished with a cilantro cream sauce. $14.95

    We begin this dining experience by presenting your guests with our southern Caesar salad topped off with a succulent grilled shrimp kebob.      
             
        * The entree features an eight ounce, herb crusted, slow-roasted    prime rib of beef with a wild mushroom demi-glace  accompanied by a special bow tie pasta tossed in olive oil with fresh asparagus, red peppers, and pea pods.

PASTA AND SAUCE STATION

We take fresh pastas and marry them with our freshly made sauces for a unique combination of flavors and textures.  Choose from fusilli, linguini, penne, or spaghetti pastas and from among our homemade sauces:

     
             
    Marinara Sauce - This rich red sauce begins with fresh tomatoes and a blend of herbs and spices to produce a hearty, robust flavor      
             
    Velvety Alfredo Sauce - Dairy fresh cream and sweet cream butter area blended with fresh Parmesan cheese to create a smooth, creamy sauce      
             
    Jalapeno Cream Sauce -  A unique creation of Chef Conlin featuring the silky smoothness of cream with a special kick from Jalapeno peppers      
             
    Add grilled chicken or shrimp to any of the above pastas for an added depth of flavor.      
             
             
    Chef Conlin suggests our Fire-Roasted, Marinated Seasonal Vegetables and Gourmet Greens with our elegant Vinaigrette dressing as accompaniments to make this meal even more special

* IMPORTANT PLANNING INFORMATION *

     
             
    Once you have made your selection, a signed contract and a deposit of 20% is required to secure the date.  An additional deposit of 50% is due two weeks prior to your event, with the balance due the day of the event.    
             
    All deposits are non-refundable.  If an event is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited to cover costs incurred, with the remaining 50% of the deposit available to be applied toward another event scheduled within six months of the date of the original event.    
             
    All events are subject to an 18% service charge and any applicable taxes.  Some facilities may charge an additional catering fee.  When applicable, this fee will be added to your contract.  An estimate of the number of guests is required at the time the contract is signed, with a final count due seven business days prior to the event.    
             
    Our china service presentation includes white linen tablecloths, linen napkins, china ware, water goblets, and flatware.  White linen tablecloths and skirting for the buffet table, beverage table, and head table.  There is an additional charge for the china service.
